Stan’s Bio
Firefighter 17 years, Former Policeman 15 years, Private Investigator 15 years
 Public Service Employees, we are having a homecoming benefit and we invite you to come meet Stan and welcome him home.
In January 2007 Stan was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL). He needed a bone marrow transplant to survive. Thanks to a guardian angel, in May 2007 a match was found thru the Bone Marrow National Registry.  Stan received the Bone Marrow Transplant on July 10, 2007. Stan is in the care of Stanford Medical Clinic in Palo Alto until 100 days after the transplant have passed. If all goes well, he can return to his home in Gonzales, California. He will travel to Stanford for treatment for the next 2 years.

Stan’s family and the Crooked Kilt in Paso Robles are hosting a benefit for him to raise money to help defray some of the medical costs/expenses.  To date medical costs are 1 million dollars. He has been in and out of Stanford Hospital for 9 months. In addition, we also want to welcome Stan home from Palo Alto, California.  He is due to come home around October 31.

On November 14, we are having a Benefit for Stan including a Silent Auction, Themed Gift Basket Raffles, and Door Prizes. A Paris Getaway is one of the many things that will be auctioned.   We will have Food, Music and a no host Bar at the beautiful Vina Robles Winery in Paso Robles.

Club Bubba’s Rock The Midstate Fair

Well another year at Big Bubba’s Bar-B-Que where were turned the great restaurant and bar into Club Bubba’s with club atmosphere and the after fair goes came out in force. It was packed all night long. Everyone had a great time, there were even some people riding the bull. Don’t forget to go by anytime for great bar-b-que and a fun time. My favorite local band plays the California Mid-State Fair

On July 23 my favorite local band Maximum Force blazed on stage with there great rock sound at the California Mid-State Fair for two great shows. They play some great originals and fun cover songs. Its a great venue to play and they sounded incredible. They were also giving out CD’s They have just revamped the band and are better than ever. They are playing all over the Central Coast.
